Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take? +
Most in-stock cabinet orders are processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within 7–10 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer expedited shipping? +
Expedited shipping may be available depending on inventory and delivery location. Contact us before placing your order to confirm options.
Will I receive tracking information? +
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details so you can monitor delivery.
Order Management
Can I modify my order after placing it? +
Changes can only be made before your order enters processing. Contact us immediately for any updates.
Can I cancel my order? +
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once in transit, cancellations are no longer possible.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering? +
Address changes are only possible before shipment. Once your order is in transit, the shipping address cannot be updated.
Assembly & Support
Do you offer assembly services? +
We do not offer assembly services. Our RTA cabinets are designed for quick and straightforward assembly.
How long does cabinet assembly take? +
Most cabinets can be assembled in approximately 15–20 minutes with basic tools.
Can I get help with assembly if needed? +
Yes. Our support team can guide you through the process if you have questions during assembly.

Are your cabinets solid wood? +
Yes. Our cabinets feature solid wood fronts and durable plywood box construction — no particle board.
Do your cabinets include soft-close hardware? +
Yes. All cabinets include soft-close hinges and drawer glides as a standard feature.
Do you offer design / layout assistance? +
Yes. We provide free design guidance to help you plan your layout and select the right cabinet sizes.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my cabinets if I’m not satisfied? +
Returns can be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original factory packaging and in resalable condition. Opened, assembled or modified cabinets are not eligible for return.
Is there a deadline to request a return? +
Yes, all return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Are shipping costs refunded on returns? +
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Outbound shipping will be deducted from the refund.
