RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please review your order carefully before purchase. By placing an order with Swift Cabinetry, you agree to the return terms listed below.
Upon delivery, please inspect all items immediately for visible damage, missing items, or concealed damage.
Return Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and in original condition to qualify for a refund.
Acceptable returns include unopened RTA cabinets in original condition, subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Nonrefundable Items
Refund requests will be denied if the product has been assembled, installed, altered, or used.

- Fillers
- Moldings
Restocking Fee
Once an order has been shipped, delivered, or picked up, approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
This fee applies to all returned items that are accepted under the return policy.
Order Review Responsibility
Please look your order over carefully before payment and review all item details. You are responsible for ensuring that your order matches what you discussed with your sales representative.
By paying for a Swift Cabinetry invoice, you agree to all return policy terms listed on this page.
Concealed Damage Claims
Claims for concealed damage, such as scratches, warped doors, or hidden structural defects, must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Please inspect all products carefully upon delivery and contact us promptly if an issue is discovered.
Out-of-Stock Items & Delays
Multiple factors may affect the estimated arrival date of out-of-stock cabinets. Swift Cabinetry will work with you promptly to fulfill your order.
If cabinets do not arrive on time, we may refund the affected cabinet item or work with you to select a different size or replacement option.
