Repair or Replacement
In the event of a valid warranty claim, Swift Cabinets reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to repair or replace the defective product or component with one of equal or comparable value.
Due to availability, replacement parts may differ in appearance from the original. In some cases, the defective product or component may be required to be returned prior to replacement.
Expense Responsibility
Swift Cabinets will provide approved replacement parts at no cost.
All other expenses—including but not limited to removal, reinstallation, labor, and transportation—are the responsibility of the customer.
Natural Variations & Environmental Factors
Wood is a natural material and may exhibit variations in color, grain, texture, and mineral streaking. These characteristics are inherent to wood products and are not considered defects.
Over time, exposure to lighting, moisture levels, smoke, household cleaners, and environmental conditions may cause finishes to darken or mellow naturally. Low-humidity environments may also result in minor joint separation. These conditions are normal and not covered under warranty.
Glazed Finish Characteristics
Certain Swift Cabinets collections feature hand-applied glazed finishes. Due to the manual application process, minor variations—including light streaking or glaze pooling—may occur. These characteristics enhance the cabinet’s aesthetic and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Legal Disclaimer
This warranty is valid only within the United States. To the extent permitted by law, Swift Cabinets disclaims any liability for special, incidental, or consequential damages.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state.
